Exchange Policy
Size & fit — we've got you
1 Free Exchange — We offer one free size exchange per order. If the fit isn't right, we'll pick it up and send the correct size at no extra charge.
- Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Seal tag must be intact — exchanges will not be accepted if the seal tag is removed or broken
- Only size exchanges are covered under the free exchange policy
- Exchange is subject to stock availability of the requested size
Return Policy
₹150 handling fee applies
No return will be accepted if the seal tag is broken or removed — regardless of the condition of the garment. The seal tag must remain intact for any return or exchange to be processed.
- If the shirt arrives damaged, the seal tag must still be intact to raise a return claim No Deduction of 150rs
- Damaged items with a broken seal tag will not be eligible for return or refund
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns
COD Order Cancellations
Cash on Delivery — important note
If a COD order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery, a partial COD handling fee of ₹100 is non-refundable. This covers the cost of shipping and return logistics already incurred.
- COD cancellations before dispatch — fully cancelled, no charge
- COD orders refused at delivery — ₹100 is not returned
- Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being unavailable for future orders
- Prepaid orders are not subject to this charge
